Named ScAnimals Cannot Be Returned

Once a ScAnimal has been scanned and named by the customer, refunds become unavailable. The naming process indicates the merchandise arrived in satisfactory condition and has been personalized.

Seconds / Discounted Items

All "Seconds" items are sold "as is". These discounted products come with disclosed defects and color variations through detailed descriptions and photos. No refunds or returns apply - all sales are final for this category.

2 Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receipt, please immediately inspect your order. If you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
  • No return shipping cost for genuinely defective items
