Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within New Zealand typically takes 2-5 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. International shipping times vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia and many other countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Troubleshooting
My ScAnimal QR code won’t scan. What can I do?
There are a couple of things to try if this is happening.
- Try Scan your ScAnimal on a different angle, i.e. turn it 90 or 180 degrees, or try scanning from closer or further away.
- Try different lighting, i.e. not in direct sunlight, or if in a dark space, turn the brightness up on your phone.
-Try zooming in/out on your camera
-Test on someone else’s phone

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
What if my ScAnimal has been named?
Once a ScAnimal has been scanned and named by the customer, it becomes personalized and cannot be returned for a refund. This is because the naming process indicates the product was received in satisfactory condition.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
